Within 30 days of delivery/pickup, please contact us at info@shopmidea.ca for returns.

If due to product defect, we will send you a return shipping label. Upon receiving of your returned product, a refund will be made to the original payment method.

If NOT due to product defect, please send the product back at your own expense by registered, traceable shipping (e.g. Canada Post, UPS). Upon receiving of your returned product (must have all original accessories and be in resell-able condition), a refund will be made to the original payment method. Otherwise the refund will be declined.
